Shipping Guide
Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement to confirm your order details. You can visit our online order status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. You can also log in with your DealerSend account and password to get a summary of the past orders. You will see your order number, the date and time the order placed, the service of the order and the tracking information for orders that have been shipped.

Step No.1
Ensure the goods you ship have sufficient protection to avoid the risk of getting crushed.
Ensure the cardboard box you use is stiff and dry, with no disruption and damage.
Choose the proper cardboard box that fits for the contents and contains sufficient space to avoid the risk of getting crushed.

Step No.2
Avoid one single cardboard box that is too heavy for carriage and consider to use a pallet.
Seal the cardboard box by using sealing tape in proper ways and ensure all surfaces are well sealed.
Ensure no old labels on the cardboard box and place new labels on top or to the side. The barcode on new labels should be flat and can be seen clearly, it should not be folded over the edge to avoid the failure of barcode scanning.

Step No.3
Decide the incoterms between Seller and Buyer, the most common incoterms e.g., EXW - Ex-Works, DAP - Delivered At Place, DDP - Delivered Duty Paid.
Check shipping regulations to ensure you are fully aware of licensing, special provisions and restricted and prohibited goods in the country you are shipping to.
International shipments are usually liable to import duties and taxes but it doesn't mean you have to pay for it. Since these vary according to the destination and the shipment declared value, ensure you are fully aware of what you or the receiver will have to pay.

Step No.4
Ensure these shipping information e.g., Sender/Receiver contact, Ship-to-country/Ship-from-country, Description, Shipment declared value are included to prepare shipping document.
Get the required documents in advance is important if you want to avoid hold-ups at the border because this is how customs authorities will classify and process your shipment.

Step No.5
Use self-adhesive paper, if possible, to print the shipping labels provided with your booking. If not, use plain paper and place it on top surface of boxes or the side of pallets.
Ensure the bar code on the boxes or pallets is fully flat and visible, not bent over the edge.
Your DealerSend driver is now ready to pick up the shipment.
